ANKARA, Oct 7, 2008 (AFP) — Turkey will launch an incursion into northern Iraq to target Kurdish rebels "if need be", Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Tuesday after a bloody attack last week left 17 soldiers dead.
