Beirut, Oct 9, 2019 (AFP) — The Kurd-led Syrian Democratic Forces Wednesday said they repelled a Turkish ground offensive on Syria's northern border, shortly after Ankara announced the land phase of its operation against Kurdish forces had commenced.
