ARBIL, Iraq, May 13, 2007 (AFP) — A suicide car bomb attack on Sunday against a meeting of mainly Kurdish officials in northern Iraq left 32 people dead and wounded 115, Kurdish regional health minister Zirian Abdel Rahman said.
