Police hold 27 after deadly istanbul bombing: report

ISTANBUL, June 23, 2010 (AFP) — The Turkish police have detained 27 people as part of a probe into a deadly bombing on a bus in Istanbul, Anatolia news agency reported Wednesday.
The remote-control roadside bomb targeted a bus carrying army personnel, killing four soldiers and the 17-year-old daughter of an officer.
Separatist Kurdish rebels claimed responsibility for the attack.
