The man fled without harming anyone, the report said.
The incident follows a war of words between the Democratic Society Party (DTP) and Turkish officials over the party's refusal to brand Kurdish rebels fighting the government as terrorists.
On Monday, army chief General Yasar Buyukanit called the DTP a political extension of the rebel Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), listed as a terrorist group by Ankara and much of the international community.
He lashed out at DTP members for having described PKK militants as "our brothers."
The DTP, which holds 20 of the 550 seats in parliament, says Ankara should abandon military options against the PKK and seek a peaceful solution to the Kurdish conflict, including a general amnesty for the rebels.
The PKK took up arms for Kurdish self-rule in the southeast in 1984. The conflict has claimed more than 37,000 lives.
