IS claims deadly bomb attack in Syria Kurdish town

Beirut, Oct 11, 2019 (AFP) — The Islamic State jihadist group claimed responsibility for a bomb attack that killed at least six people on Friday in the Syrian Kurdish town of Qamishli.
IS issued a statement saying its fighters were behind the blast, which a war monitor and Kurdish officials said left six dead, both civilians and members of the security forces.
