Beirut, July 27, 2016 (AFP) — A double bomb attack killed at least 14 people including civilians in a Kurdish-majority city in northeast Syria on Wednesday, a monitor said.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said dozens of people were also wounded when a truck rigged with explosives exploded in Qamishli, close to the Turkish border, which was followed by a second blast.
