The earlier toll was given as 35.
"The death toll is 34 according to final information," the governor's office of Sirnak province said in a written statement.
The victims were Kurdish smugglers, most of them younger than 20 years old. The government admitted it was a military blunder during an operation against Kurdish rebels.
The Kurdistan Workers' Party, which took up arms in Kurdish-majority southeastern Turkey in 1984, sparked a conflict that has claimed about 45,000 lives.
